End-User License Agreement

Myriad Finance Reporter is a private application operated by Myriad Creative Services for its own internal accounting reports. These terms apply to anyone Myriad authorizes to use it.

Permission to use

Myriad grants authorized personnel a limited, nontransferable permission to use the application for Myriad's internal reporting. No public access or third-party use is offered. An authorized QuickBooks Online company administrator must approve any company connection through Intuit's consent screen.

What the application does

The application retrieves QuickBooks Online accounting data to prepare internal reports. Its reporting client is designed to make read requests and does not offer features to create, edit, delete, or send QuickBooks records. The QuickBooks authorization screen and Intuit's terms govern the underlying connection.

Data and security

On the authorized computer, client credentials and OAuth tokens are stored in macOS Keychain. Financial reports are processed locally. The public callback page forwards a one-time authorization response to that computer; it does not retain QuickBooks tokens or financial records. Myriad's privacy policy describes its broader privacy practices.

Ending access

Myriad may end a user's permission to use this private application at any time. The authorized operator can disconnect the company, revoke the refresh token with Intuit, and remove the local token bundle.
